If you love a firm, sculpted fit that holds you in, we recommend choosing your usual size.
If you prefer a slightly more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up one size. The difference between sizes is minimal, so sizing up will provide a little extra comfort without significantly changing the overall shape, support or fit of the tights.
