Returns & Exchanges

Purchases made during our Black Friday Sale from 19/11/2023 - 28/11/2023 CANNOT be returned for a refund, and exchanges will incur shipping costs both ways.

We also cannot guarantee we will have items remaining for exchange, but we will do our best to work with you on finding an alternative or issuing store credit if there is none.

 

Standard Exchange Policy Outside Black Friday Sale 

We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- be in the same condition that you received it

- be unworn or unused (tried on is ok, but please ensure there are no makeup or stains transferred in this process)

- not smell of perfurme, pets, or other odours

- have all labels and tags still attached

- be in their original packaging

If these conditions are not fulfilled the goods will be sent back and you will be charged for the shipping and handling.

To start a return, please head to our Return Centre. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note returning items is at your own cost and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Full price item(s) can be returned for a full refund, exchange or gift voucher valid for 12 months - please let us know which you would prefer in your email.

Sale or discounted item(s) can be returned for either an exchange or a gift voucher valid for 12 months -- please let us know which you would prefer in your email.

2. Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A product is considered faulty if it is unsafe, does not work or does not appear as it should.

Faulty, defective or damaged item (s) are valid for a full refund, exchange or gift voucher valid for 12 months. 

To start a return for faulty item (s), please head to our Return Centre. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Refunds 
For full price items where you requested a refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 10 days for the refund to show on your statement.

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards
