All orders are fulfilled from New Zealand. Some countries charge additional customs fees, import duty and taxes which sadly are out of our control. Your order total does not include these so please check your local Customs website.

What is the delivery expectation?
Once an order is placed we will fulfill the order as soon as we can get to it. Ideally this will be on the same day you order your item. However, we are targeting at a maximum "next business day fulfillment". Delivery timelines once fulfilled based on NZ Post and International Courier expectations are below.
