SIZING:

 

Why do you only have the 7/8 Length Tights?

We wanted to launch with a product that was suitable for all women of all sizes. Through the sampling phase we realized that a longer tight wasn’t going to do this justice for shorter women, so we are launching with a 7/8 tight only. We plan to launch a long and a short soon which will both be longer than the 7/8 – so please be mindful this is true 7/8 tight which is shorter than either of the full length options.

 

I'm unsure what size I should pick, please help?

Our products are true to size so you should be able to choose your normal size. However, as all bodies are different please check out our size chart and measurements if you have any confusion.

 

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

 

Can I cancel an accidental order?
Please send an email to hello@embraceactive.com adding URGENT to the subject and state your order details. It is important you do this quickly as our orders prior to 2pm are fulfilled on the same day so there is no guarantee of cancelling. We can only accept cancellation via email so please do not try and contact via other methods for this. 

What if it is too late to cancel my order?
You can wait for the order to arrive and submit an exchange/return request to hello@embraceactive.com prior to sending it back to us. Once we receive your return, we will process it. Alternatively, you can place a new order with the desired items and return the first order back to us for a refund. 

 

I ordered the wrong size/style, can I update my order?

We can process this via the two options above.

 

I haven't received an order or shipping confirmation?
This could be in your junk folder. If you have checked there and still find it missing contact us and we can resend your shipping confirmation.

 

I need to change my delivery address
Please send an email to hello@embraceactive.com adding URGENT to the subject and provide the correct address in the body of the email. Due to the efficiency of our shipping team we cannot guarantee we get to this before the item has been shipped so please let us know as soon as you can. 

 

What is the delivery expectation?

We are currently experiencing delays due to the COVID restrictions in Auckland, NZ of up to 2 days for fulfillment and up to another 8 days for delivery. We usually have same day fulfilment on orders before 2pm and next day on any orders after that. We are reliant on the very busy NZ and international courier system so you can expect slightly longer delivery times than normal during public holidays, and large sale weekends like Black Friday etc. Embrace Active cannot guarantee delivery times. Normal delivery times are below:

 

New Zealand

North Island – 1-2 Days

South Island – 2-4 days

Australia

2-6 Days

 

Rest of the World

5-10 Days


Do I have to pay for shipping to return my order?
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns. You can send it from the local post office or a courier carrier’s website in the same bag we sent it to you in.
