What is the delivery expectation?
During Black Friday Sales the NZ Courier system is always over capacity, so please allow up to 2 days for fulfillment and up to another 8 days for delivery. We usually have same day fulfilment on orders before 2pm and next day on any orders after that. We are reliant on the very busy NZ and international courier system so you can expect slightly longer delivery times than normal during public holidays, and large sale weekends like Black Friday etc. Embrace Active cannot guarantee delivery times.
